★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de servicio que he tenido. El "caballero" que me atendió fue déspota, mostró cero empatía a mis inquietudes y nada de interés (ni fingido) en ayudarme o por lo menos tratar de canalizarme. Definitivamente LA PEOR atención.
The worst service experience I have ever had. The "gentleman" who attended me was a despot, he showed zero empathy for my concerns and no interest (or pretense) in helping me or at least trying to channel me. Definitely THE WORST attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegué a la sucursal abrí la puerta para entrar el chico muy déspota me sacó abruptamente sin explicarme que tenían cupo o darme la bienvenida y me dejó esperando afuera.
Posteriormente vi que se desocuparon los lugares que había adentro y ni por cortesía me invitó a pasar, todo el rato estuve afuera.
No entiendo cómo es que contratan a gente sin educación y sin el skill de servicio al cliente. ¡Pésimo servicio!

Ojalá capaciten a su personal en su manera de contestar las llamadas. El problema son sus modos de responder, no el hecho de no tener el telefono de santa fe. Sino quieren contestar el teléfono, mejor no contesten.
Hubiera deseado que me contestaran el teléfono como me contestaron esta "observación".
I just spoke and it seems that they cannot give you reports. Terrible attention.
Hopefully they train their staff on how to answer calls. The problem is their way of responding, not the fact that they don't have the Santa Fe phone number. If you don't want to answer the phone, better not answer.
I wish they would answer my phone the way they answered this "observation".
