Terrible service. They canceled my flight and did not help me to change my flight or to refund it. The only thing they could tell me was to dial the call center where I've been waiting for 1 hour, because they can't do anything in the office ... AWFUL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por favor pregunten muy bien sobre los tiempos en los que tienen que subir resultados PCR de Covid-19. Principalmente para Centroamérica ya que desafortunadamente no lo explican bien a pesar de ser un representante de Aeromexico y puedes perder ese evento especial por el cual has esperado todo un año.
Adicionalmente, no se hacen responsables aún y cuando hay algún problema. Lo refieren a uno a Servicio al Cliente en Línea.
La verdad no encontré valor agregado a comprar el boleto en esta agencia. Igual lo hubiera comprado en línea. De hecho yo les di la mejor opción que ya había buscado en línea días antes.
Please ask very well about the times when you have to upload Covid-19 PCR results. Mainly for Central America since unfortunately they do not explain it well despite being an Aeromexico representative and you can miss that special event for which you have waited a whole year.
Additionally, they are not responsible even when there is a problem. They refer you to Online Customer Service.
The truth is I did not find added value to buying the ticket at this agency. I would have bought it online anyway. In fact I gave them the best option that I had already searched online days before.
