Slow and useless. They don't solve

Very bad phone attention from a young man who can't remember his name ... he treated me badly. He was very rude and I cut the call ... he dialed again and he cut me off again. I do not understand how Aeromexico can have such employees without EDUCATION OR RESPECT !!

I had a very good experience on my first hotel+flight trip on Aeromexico. I did not know that they had this travel agency service, until I started looking for agencies and I found the page in the flight + hotel section. It is very easy to manage the page to see the hotel options and costs. Although I wanted to go to the offices in this tanhara square because I thought maybe they would give me more information about the hotel etc. But no, it would have been the same if I did it myself from the page, because they charge you commission for them to do it. I could have saved that money. But from then on everything went very well, I had no problems with my flight or my hotel, nor the company they hired for our transfer from the airport to the hotel and back (a service that I did not expect but I appreciate that they included it). And the prices are very good, since I looked for the same thing with other travel agencies and they were 2000-3000 pesos more expensive with those agencies.
