★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good experience, first class all the way. I've never traveled with this airline in the past and I must say it's definitely better than most others. Left Mexico to Washington and had some very nice sights. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flight canceled after 2.5 hr delay (5pm); we were told sorry, call our 1800 number (not working). Its 9:30pm and hundreds of passengers still waiting in line for compensation/reschedule. Do not fly with this company. They will string you along, treat you like cattle AND charge you more than any other airline in mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is big and clean. Restrooms were clean. They don't have free drinking water expenders. Many restaurants are located here among small stores. Taxi service could delay more than expected at peak hours.

Really loved on how they had someone there waiting for the people to go to the next terminal. That was the best of the best. Keep up with the amazing work. I'll definitely will fly with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a short flight from Mexico City to Zihuatanejo. Our luggage transferred over from Delta to Aeromexico. The plane was small but comfortable. The staff was courteous. We took a shuttle from. The airport to the plane . Then we walked up the stairway to board.
