THE SERVICE IS GOOD, BUT THE BILLING IS IMPOSSIBLE NOBODY WILL ATTEND YOU, NOR ANSWER YOUR CLAIMS.
TRIP A MONTH AGO AND I STILL CANNOT GET MY INVOICE. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY INTERNATIONAL DUCK. WATCH OUT WITH GOTOGATE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 100% de las veces qué tuve qué volar con ellos me cancelaron o retrasaron vuelos. (Tuve qué volar con ellos ya que desafortunadamente eran los únicos que volaban al destino que necesitaba).
100% of the time when I had to fly with them they canceled or delayed flights. (I had to fly with them as unfortunately they were the only ones flying to the destination I needed.)

Excellent attention from the man who attended me, very friendly and it is clear that he knows his work. I had the need to reschedule my departure and he did it very quickly and he charged me just enough. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service this time. I can't tell you what they're thinking but they keep changing my flight. I originally booked the 10am flight but afterward I was informed that I was on the 6am flight but when I tried to do the check in they informed me I wasn't on the flight at all. Now they are informing me that I have to fly to Monterrey then Mexico City over the next two days to catch my connection home. They have failed. I'm gonna rent a car in Monterrey and drive home.
