★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)nos hicieron esperar demasiado, 2) nos atendió un señor que al comentarle mi situación me refirió unos precios y cuando le comenté que en la página aparecen otros precios y me dijo que no sabia por que, tampoco podía cobrarme, al parecer es nuevo y para nada fue amable..3)solo a otra señorita que llego después fue como me resolvió mis dudas incluso de equipaje, por que el señor anterior también desconocía esos datos... la verdad pésimo servicio.
 1) they made us wait too long, 2) we were attended by a man who told me about my situation and told me about prices and when I commented that other prices appear on the page and he told me that he did not know why, he could not charge me either, apparently it is new and he was not kind at all..3) only another lady who came later was how he solved my doubts, even about luggage, because the previous man also did not know those data ... the truth is, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, pero Aeroméxico apesta!!!! Su página no carga por lo que no puedes hacer la compra en línea, llamas y tampoco pueden, te obligan a ir a la agencia y resulta que te cobran extra por hacer su trabajo!!!!
The service is very good, but Aeroméxico sucks !!!! Their page does not load so you cannot make the purchase online, you call and they cannot either, they force you to go to the agency and it turns out that they charge you extra for doing their job !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio a excepción que en su página web decía que no se ocupa prueba covid para ingresar a mexico desde usa y en realidad si se ocupa.
Deben de actualizar su página web oh que la quiten si no quieren hacerlo, porque pueden provocar inconvenientes, de lo demás bien.
Good service except that on its website it said that it does not take care of the covid test to enter Mexico from the usa and in fact it does.
They must update their web page oh that they remove it if they do not want to do it, because they can cause inconveniences, otherwise good.

GOOD TELEPHONE ATTENTION BUT SOME MISSING INFORMATION NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO DECIDE WHEN TO FLY. I AM REFERRING TO THE UNITED STATES POLICIES FOR THE RESTRICTION OF ENTRY TO NORTH AMERICAN CITIZENS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN VACCINATED WITH THE VACCINES AUTHORIZED BY THE USA.
