Si envían mariscos nacionales, es muy importante tener la guía de pesca, de caso contrario no podrán hacer el envío.
Si son importados, con la factura de venta es más que suficiente.
El personal es amable.

I highly recommend this airline (I chose this company after I read horror stories of Interjet & Volaris reviews).
Chairs are comfortable (actually more comfortable than the American Airline flight I took from USA to Mexico!!), haven't had any delays, free drink service on board (and packet of nuts) for each flight.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing more than incredible experiences with aeromexico before it is my favorite airline in Mexico. However this time it was the opposite, terrible service in the frontdesk not helpful at all, our reservation was not respected, even though we had plenty of time ahead the boarding time. They tried to make us change flights for more expensive ones and in another day meaning we had to stay longer, pay hotel and still pay for a flight that we had already bought.
