★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos dos sábados atrás a comprar boletos de avión y había 2 hombres que por estar platicando entre ellos no querían dar mucha información y además malencarados.
No nos gustó el servicio y no regresaría a ese punto de ventas de Aeroméxico en Plaza Boulevares en Querétaro.
 We went two Saturdays ago to buy plane tickets and there were 2 men who, because they were talking to each other, did not want to give much information and were also grumpy.
We did not like the service and would not return to that Aeroméxico sales point in Plaza Boulevares in Querétaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible....Aeroméxico siempre busca la forma de sacar dinero....por cualquier cosa hasta por cambio de fechas te vuelve a cobrar el viaje completo....impresionante lo malo que es Aeroméxico......ojalá se documentaron todas las experiencias que hemos y han tenido muchas otras personas que hemos escuchado intentando hacer cambios o resolver en las oficinas...malísimo.
Terrible....Aeroméxico always looks for a way to get money....for anything, even for change of dates, they charge you the entire trip again....impressive how bad Aeroméxico is....hopefully it will They documented all the experiences that we have and have had many other people that we have listened to trying to make changes or resolve in the offices...terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio me robaron las cosas de mi maleta con un valor de más de 150mil en perdidas eran cosas de navidad para mis familiares, casi me la entregaron vacia y al final solo se echaron la bolita unos con otros y nunca me resolvieron nada, como mexicano uno trata de confiar en esa aerolínea porque es mexicana, pero no cabe duda que el peor enemigo siempre es otro mexicano. Son más seguras y confiables las aerolíneas estadounidenses ya que aunque se pierdan las maletas no son rateros y no les llama la atención abrirlas.
Very bad service they stole the things from my suitcase with a value of more than 150 thousand in losses they were Christmas things for my relatives, they almost gave it to me empty and in the end they just threw the ball at each other and they never solved anything for me, like Mexican one tries to trust that airline because it is Mexican, but there is no doubt that the worst enemy is always another Mexican. US airlines are safer and more reliable because, even if luggage is lost, they are not thieves and it does not bother them to open them.
