★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inútiles y rateros. Pésimo servicio de atención robotizado. No solucionan nada. Pero para aplicar los cobros inmediatamente lo hacen. No resuelven problemas de vuelos que cancela AeroMéxico, no hacen el reembolso correspondiente. Nadie se hace responsable. Se ocupa un SER HUMANO que conteste y resuelva los problemas que la misma compañía ocasiona al consumidor. Debemos aplicarles el NO COMPRAR BOLETO PARA VIAJE ALGUNO hasta hacerlos que su cochina empresa quiebre!
 Useless and thieves. Lousy robotic customer service. They don't fix anything. But to apply the charges immediately they do. They do not solve problems of flights that AeroMéxico cancels, they do not make the corresponding refund. Nobody is responsible. It takes care of a HUMAN BEING who answers and solves the problems that the same company causes to the consumer. We must apply NOT TO BUY A TICKET FOR ANY TRIP until they make their filthy company go bankrupt!

Hace 1 mes compre boletos redondos para San Antonio Texas. Reservación HQPABJ.
Perdimos el vuelo de ida, por descuido. En el momento, fuimos a comprar otros boletos de ida 2 horas más tarde.
Aeromexico nos ofreció un vuelo de ida, con la condición de comprar y pagar doblemente el de regreso.
Aprovechando el terrible momento que pasaba mi familia, abusaron y condicionaron.
Esto es injusto, ilegal y miserable.
Terrible experiencia.
No usen esta aerolinea.
Inicio demanda en PROFECO.
NO se dejen ¡¡¡.
The worst airline in the world.
1 month ago I bought round tickets for San Antonio Texas. Reservation HQPABJ.
We missed the outbound flight, carelessly. At the time, we went to buy other one-way tickets 2 hours later.
Aeromexico offered us a one-way flight, with the condition that we buy and pay double for the return flight.
Taking advantage of the terrible moment that my family was going through, they abused and conditioned.
This is unfair, illegal and miserable.
Terrible experience.
Do not use this airline.
Start of demand in PROFECO.
DO NOT be left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage. Booked on a flight Vancouver to San Jose Costa Rica on April 9. Business class. Total was $1600+. You changed the portion SJO to Mexico city. I said no to economy class and you refused to refund even close to 50%. You gave me $480 Canadian. How lousy is that. I canceled the return and used points on a competitor airline. Your company is garbage and your customer service is about equal to Caca en zapatos. I will never ever use nor recommend your company again. This message and more has been sent to Flight Centre, Facebook and more. Garbage is as garbage does

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office on Reforma is for corporations. They sent me to another office behind the Hotel Camino Real. Fortunately I speak Spanish and when the rep. checked my ticket, he tried to charge me more money for a destination that was closer. When I complained, he gave me an excuse that I didn't fully understand,.so I left.

There is no way I can reach you guys so… here is my review. You offer a special price in collaboration with Olab. Maybe you have to reconsider this, since: 1. At the ‘special line’ there is no one speaking English. We got hanged up twice.
2. We called, but couldn’t make a reservation.
3. We never got the discount.
So… maybe stop offering it, cause you are working with the wordt company I have ever encountered in my life! And because there is no way to get my complaint at Aeromexico, I give you the one star for that.
