Uff el personal de volaris muy sangrones, mm en el aeropuerto hay muchas medidas de prevención, te toman la temperatura y te dan gel lo cual es bueno pero llegas al aeropuerto y toma de temperatura y gel vas a documentar e igual toma de temperatura y gel en la revisión de las maletas de mano igual y para hacer la fila para abordar al Avión también es muy exagerado a mi parecer y no te permiten portar cubrebocas con válvula aunque tengas careta

Pésimo servicio y trato que recibes de el personal que atiende en mostrador del Aeropuerto de Reynosa. Empezando por el supervisor. Ya me habían dado quejas otras personas pero como siempre vuelo de Monterrey no había experimentado ningún problema hasta ahora que volamos de Reynosa. No vuelvo a volar de Reynosa, prefiero manejar media hora más hasta Mty y eso si acaso vuelvo a volar con Aeromexico. Tal vez tendré que usar otra aerolínea.

Pésimo servicio! me hicieron emplayar el equipaje pese a que siempre ha viajado así dado que las piezas vienen bien sujetas, solo traían otra persona cada vez más grosera y prepotente cada que intentaba dialogar, diciendo que tenía que resolverlo o no abordaba. Todavía se atrasa el vuelo media hora.

Muy buen servicio en instalaciones limpias y con excelente servicio!!!!

People make sure don’t Flight with them Aeromexico doesn’t have professionalisms. Instead helping they own people they want you to spend more Money and buy another ticket. Uuuuuuuffffff i will make sure next time not spend any cent with them they already lost 4 customer helll nooo will not flight with them again in my life. If you want to know what happens. Let me know I will tell you for you to make sure don’t flight with them. If I can give 0 start I will do.

Me and my girlfriend had carry-on baggage. When we entered the plane, we were told there was not enough place for our luggage (weird) and that they would be delivered just like the much larger baggages that don't fit in th cabin. (To be clear ou luggage DID fit in the plane, they just wanted more space for the first class travelers to put their bags) We were told our luggage would arrive around 30 minutes after we landed but my girlfriend's luggage never arrived... On top of that, there was supposed to be an Aeromexico worker there for these types of issues but when asking another Aeromexico employee (at the check-in) she told us that the guy who's job is to help us if our luggage gets lost disappeared... Overall I had a terrible experience and we and our family/friends wil NEVER fly with this company ever again.

Worst Aeromexico employee! She ensures to be rude to the companies customers, ridiculing them and not allowing them on to our flight by lying to us that we needed a PCR test when we had an antigen test. The website clearly says antigen test would clear us for our flight even the testing site people felt bad for us that we didn’t make our flight and did the research for us proving that’s all we needed. But no she lied so we wouldn’t fly with her, disgusting! I reached out to their online customer service and the company offered to refund us in 12 months, but what’s worse is we could’ve made our flight and she wouldn’t let us on when we had necessary documents. We had layover hotel reservations and lost money on that on top of last minute booking a flight with Copa Airline instead. Don’t use this airline, they represent employees who disrespect customers and cause them pain and stress. Pitiful employee.
