★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Servicio , atienden bien..solo el vuelo del Jueves 7 Abril 2022 que salía a las 6pm se demoró 2 horas (8:10pm) ..fuera de eso todo bien ???
Excellent service, they attend well...only the flight on Thursday, April 7, 2022 that left at 6pm took 2 hours (8:10pm)...other than that, everything was fine ???

They have very interactive facilities and tours, as well as show their technological level with their incredible simulators.

The instructors are incredible, there are references to aviation in every corner and the rooms are very spacious, the cafeteria offers very rich breakfasts too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this airline at all costs. The supervisor at Mexico city airport Roberto is completely useless and would NOT help us. He pretty much ran away from the problem and told us to deal with it ourselves. Our flight from cancun to Mexico city was delayed 2 hours. When we landed we were just sitting on the tarmac and every minute counted. We ran to the gate for our flight to Toronto, and the gate was still opened. The guy at the front Michael angel did not let us in. We kept taling to him and he litterally sat there doing his work ignoring us. Flight left. We asked to speak to the manager and Roberto came over, which he lead us half way to customer service and couldn't even bother help skipping the living up of 7 people knowing every second counted and he just walked off.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE AGAIN and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to avoid
