Primero me dijeron que debemos hablar directamente con aeropuerto y después cuando les dije que el equipaje se entregó a la aerolínea no al aeropuerto el señor marco a su oficina en DF. Durante la conversación pude escuchar que no pueden localizar la maleta pero el oficial de la oficina me dijo que está en Aduana y tenemos que tratar directamente con ellos. Hoy hablemos otra vez con atención de clientes y nos dijeron que no encontraron la maleta pero por supuesto no está en Aduana. Es obvio que empleado de oficina en Tuxtla mintió para no atendernos correctamente y quitarse del
Problema. Esperemos que Este falta de atención a sus clientes u profesionalismo llamará atención de sus jefes .
Hello . Yesterday I went to the office in Plaza Cristal to ask about the lost suitcase. First they told me that we should speak directly with the airport and later when I told them that the luggage was delivered to the airline, not to the airport, Mr. Marco went to his office in DF. During the conversation I could hear that they cannot locate the suitcase but the office officer told me that it is in Customs and we have to deal directly with them. Today we spoke again with customer service and they told us that they did not find the suitcase but of course it is not in Customs. It is obvious that an office worker in Tuxtla lied to not serve us properly and remove himself from the
Problem. Hopefully this lack of attention to your clients or professionalism will get the attention of your bosses.

Compramos boletos dónde nos asignaron previamente asientos adelante en fila 6 y al llegar al mostrador o sus máquinas de atención al público, el pase de abordar tenía impreso asientos de la fila 24. Por motivos de salud compramos adelante y de manera irrespetuosa la empresa privlegia el dinero en vez de sus pasajeros. Tuvimos que reclamar dentro de la sala de abordar y nos reasignaron la fila 7, no la 6 como se nos asignó cuándo compramos los boletos.
They lack to respect what they sell. We bought tickets where we were previously assigned seats in front in row 6 and when we arrived at the counter or its customer service machines, the boarding pass had seats in row 24 printed on it. For health reasons we bought ahead and disrespectfully the company privileged the money instead of your passengers. We had to complain inside the boarding room and they reassigned us to row 7, not 6 as we were assigned when we bought the tickets.
