muy mala atencion. soy extranjero y llevo 5 dias y aun mi equipaje no aparece. he llamado muchas veces y solo mentiras me dan. como se puede demandar esta aerolinea

Entiendo la contingencia, pero no de que ellos mismos no tengan claras las políticas de Aeroméxico, no que me atiendas a través de la puerta cerrada ni tampoco que me esté ladrando el boxer que tienen dentro de la oficina. Pésimo servicio.
I understand the contingency, but not that they themselves are not clear about Aeroméxico's policies, not that they attend to me through the closed door or that the boxer they have inside the office is barking at me. Terrible service.

De 4 aerolineas en las que he estado, AeroMexico sin duda la peor. Retrasos para dejarnos salir del avión, una conexión que tuve la retrasaron por 6 horas por mal clima (totalmente comprensible) y cuando preguntamos qué podíamos durante ese tiempo solo respondieron "ahí arréglenselas ustedes" por ahí de las 3am que tenía mucho frió esperando el vuelo que había sido retrasado, fui a pedir una de esas mantas que regalan y el encargado me dijo: "ya no hay, es que estas están apartadas para el vuelo retrasado hacia Toronto" en fin. Les doy 1 estrella porque no les puedo poner 0 pero de ahora en adelante siempre voy a evitar viajar ellos.
Of 4 airlines in which I have been, AeroMexico without a doubt the worst. Delays to let us out of the plane, a connection I had was delayed for 6 hours due to bad weather (totally understandable) and when we asked what we could do during that time they only replied "there fix it yourselves" around 3am that was very cold waiting for the flight that had been delayed, I went to ask for one of those blankets that they give away and the manager told me: "there are no more, it's that these are set aside for the delayed flight to Toronto" anyway. I give them 1 star because I can't give them 0 but from now on I will always avoid traveling with them.

Defraudan la confianza de los usuarios, compré con mucho tiempo mi boleto de Veracruz -aeropuerto Heriberto Jara- a Chihuahua y posteriormente me informan que hubo modificaciones importantes en el vuelo 2400, así me entero que mi vuelo de regreso de la ciudad de México saldría más tarde, y pues acepté. Pero una tras otra en Chihuahua a la hora de hacer el check in, este 20 de mayo 2018, me atedieron en en el segundo módulo de derecha a izquierda, la persona me dijo que no me podía dar el pase de abordaje porque estaba mal el nombre, cuando yo anoté en el sistema correctamente mi nombre, ahí a esa hora, tres personas teníamos el mismo problema, y no me dio el pase de abordaje cuando yo había pagado el costo de una maleta adicional. Ahora porque pague lo de una maleta adicional porque no puedo cargar demasiado peso, pero este señor no oyó nada,. solo me llevó a la máquina y me imprimió ahí el boleto. Me indigna que te haya ese tipo de tracalerías, porque uno ya pagó y luego no te reembolsan esto. Qué pena me da porque confié en ustedes para este viaje.

Por la Pandemia esta cerrado, sin embargo podrían atender con las medidas de sanidad, les llamé y pedí me resolvieron una situación y no quisieron. Aunque voy seguido a Xalapa, nunca buscaré sus servicios.
Due to the Pandemic it is closed, however they could attend with health measures, I called them and asked they resolved a situation and they did not want to. Although I go to Xalapa often, I will never seek their services.
