Si ven que no cumples con los requisitos, ni siquiera se toman la molestia para explicarte que te falta. A falta de caracter y darte por lo menos un trato mas servicial, creo que deberían de reemplazar a esa gente incompetente. Además el cálculo del precio varia siendo el mismo envío, ya que primero me dieron un precio y cuando regresé, me lo elevaron; son muy inconsistentes. ¡PESIMO! CONSEJO: Vayanse a OTRA AEROLINEA
Terrible customer service. The 2 guys who serve you are very despotic, they serve you reluctantly. One more than the other. If they see that you do not meet the requirements, they do not even bother to explain that you are missing. In the absence of character and giving you at least a more helpful treatment, I think they should replace those incompetent people.
