★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hace falta muchos servicios, no tiene teléfonos públicos, si traes mucho equipaje no hay nada con que apoyarse (como carritos de equipaje manuales o algo así).
Dicen que la máquina de rayos x no sirve y por ello te obligan abrir tú equipaje en medio de todos, no hay contactos para conectar tú dispositivo electrónico, sólo hay un cajero que es de BBVA, muy poca selección de alimentos tanto en sala como en ambulatoria.
Le hace falta remodelación a todo el aeropuerto en general.
Lo únicos amables y que buscan la manera de ayudar o tener una buena experiencia son los de la aerolíneas, en especial los de Aeroméxico.

They say that the x-ray machine does not work and therefore they force you to open your luggage in the middle of everyone, there are no contacts to connect your electronic device, there is only one ATM that is from BBVA, very little selection of food both in the room and in outpatient
It needs remodeling to the entire airport in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente el servicio que brindan en el aeropuerto es muy malo, al documentar tu equipaje te hacen abrirlo, cómo solía ser hace años en otros lugares, sus áreas de espera siempre están muy sucias con alfombras manchadas y basura por doquier, siempre que llueve te mojas al bajas o subir del avión, etc. Es una pena que el turismo vea esto al llegar o salir en una ciudad tan bonita como Puebla.
Honestly the service they provide at the airport is very bad, when you document your luggage they make you open it, how it used to be years ago in other places, their waiting areas are always very dirty with stained carpets and garbage everywhere, whenever it rains you get wet when leaving or getting off the plane, etc. It is a shame that tourism sees this when arriving or leaving in a city as beautiful as Puebla.
