★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los entrenamientos están a un buen nivel, incluso para los recién ingresados. El personal son bastante amables y dispuestos a resolver tus dudas si un ejercicio no quedó claro. Además de que pone muy buena música de motivación para el ejercicio. Eso sí, no olvides comer una hora antes de ir a ejercitar.
Training is at a good level, even for newcomers. The staff are quite friendly and willing to answer your questions if an exercise was not clear. Besides that he plays very good motivational music for exercise. Of course, do not forget to eat an hour before going to exercise.
