I booked an air taxi one week in advance, however the day I asked for it, they simply did not arrive and dial the offices, nor did they answer, lousy service.

They always look for supports in Uber or executive taxis and it takes too long to pay them, sometimes they do not even pay them. Bad service. They never answer the phone or messages. No contestan los teléfonos y no responden los correos electrónicos. More than a week waiting for the invoice and the date of the ticket is not the same as the day the service was given.
