★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rápido y eficiente para trasladarse entre la terminal 1 y 2. El servicio es gratuito con el pase de abordar, el único inconveniente es que una vez que se desciende del aerotren, sólo hay un elevador y una escalera sencilla para bajar.
Quick and efficient to move between terminal 1 and 2. The service is free with the boarding pass, the only drawback is that once you get off the airtrain, there is only one elevator and a simple staircase to go down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andaba desubicada buscando la sala de la aerolínea y con el tiempo muy escaso, gracias al aerotren pude llegar justo a la sala que me correspondía, y es servicio gratuito si se tiene el pase de abordar. No tarda mucho su llegada y el traslado de las terminal uno a la dos. O viceversa.
I was lost looking for the airline lounge and with very little time, thanks to the aerotrain I was able to get right to the lounge that corresponded to me, and it is a free service if you have the boarding pass. It doesn't take long for your arrival and transfer from terminals one to two. Or vice versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda la mejor opción para moverte de u a terminal a otra en poco tiempo, muy limpio, me tocó ver cómo lo desinfectaban , rápido y seguro sin salir de las terminales. Gratuito para todos los que tienen pase de abordar el recorrido dura unos pocos minutos hay espacio para sentarse o ir parado. Hay una pantalla que te avisa el tiempo restantes en que llegue de nuevo la terminal.
Undoubtedly the best option to move from one terminal to another in a short time, very clean, I had to see how they disinfected it, quickly and safely without leaving the terminals. Free for all boarding pass holders the tour lasts a few minutes there is room to sit or stand. There is a screen that tells you the remaining time until the terminal arrives again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flew in AeroMéxico to Terminal 2 at 5:00 a.m. and needed to get to Terminal 1 so I could walk from there to the car rental area. Since my car rental place opened at 7:00 a.m., I had two hours to spare. To get to Terminal 1, I wanted to use the Aérotren which provided transportation from the two terminals, the authorities there required a boarding pass on a flight departing from Terminal 1. I only had the car rental confirmation, and she did not accept it. "Tarjeta de embarque!" I walked outside of Terminal 2, and it just wasn't possible to walk between the two, I would have had to use the streets since walking on the Periférico (orbital highway) wasn't allowed and it was like a maze out there. I walked back in Terminal 2 to plead with the authorities to let me go from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, but there were different people in charge, and they happily let me on it. Geez. For that, I hereby penalize you two points and you get three out of five stars.
