Pasamos los datos. Como siempre te dicen de inmediato. Y después de 1 hora nadie sabe nada. De echo hablamos vía telefónica 4 horas antes para avisar de nuestra llegada. Y que nos ayudarán con eso. …. Y aquí seguimos.
Very bad service. Nobody is responsible for what happens.
We ask for a flight plan.
We pass the data. As they always tell you right away. And after 1 hour nobody knows anything. In fact, we spoke by phone 4 hours before to notify us of our arrival. And that they will help us with that. …. And here we continue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them 5 stars , but it's always a major pain in the rear trying to get a hold of dispatch. They rarely answer the phone, always claiming to be busy. Even when you send them an email with pax info trying to make sure everything its squared away, it takes them at least 2 days to respond. but when they respond via email and you arrive, they are excellent they really do a good job.
