Se entiende que estaba ocupado, pero esperé por más de 5 minutos y el señor ni si quiera fue capaz de saludar o tan si quiera decir, "enseguida lo atiendo", o hacer una pausa y atender mi caja, el proceso de recibir una caja no le lleva más de 2 minutos, en fin, solo demuestran que el nivel de atención a sus clientes es pésimo.
Ojo, me ha pasado varias veces y he visto que pasa frecuentemente.
Terminé por ir a otro lugar a realizar mis envios.
En el servicio de paquetería parece que ellos te hacen un favor... Un asco

La atención de los conductores es excelente, la atención de los vendedores de boletos en taquillas pueden mejorar mucho, más amabilidad y agilidad.
