El personal que atiende son personas adultas profesionales que te orientan si tú auto está fallando y te da las recomendaciones de reparación, si está en sus manos solucionarlo lo reparan ellos mismos y claro nosotros traer la pieza necesaria.
Les recomiendo Acer cita con anticipación.
Otra recomendación: lleven su auto con anticipación por qué si la reparación es mayor tengan el tiempo para reparar y asi evitar preocupándose de que les queda poco tiempo para verificar.

I can only rate this service as excellent.
The staff who attend are professional adults who guide you if your car is failing and give you repair recommendations, if it is in their hands to solve it, they repair it themselves and of course we bring the necessary part.
I recommend Acer appointment in advance.
Another recommendation: take your car in advance because if the repair is greater have the time to repair and thus avoid worrying that they have little time left to verify.
