★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado si vas a rentar el departamento 602C, pésimo trato de la dueña Francesca Bravo y la persona que le administra el departamento (mobiliaria Altimax). Estas personas no entienden que están ofreciendo un servicio no es que tú les estés haciendo un favor por rentarles. Fueron varias situaciones pero cerraron con “broche de oro” con la devolución del depósito de garantía que nos lo devolvieron pasados varios días la fecha límite y con cobros de daños que jamás hubo, ya se había hecho la entrega físicamente demostrando que no había ningún daño además de que se cobraron también la pintura de TODO el departamento (cosa que no venía estipulada en el contrato) y días extra sin previo aviso, incluyendo días que ellos generaron al aplazar la fecha de entrega. Parece que les molesto al final que presionáramos para la devolución y ahí se desquitaron.
El condominio es muy bonito pero han tenido problemas con la constructora y no hay todavía las amenidades completas, en nuestra renta siempre nos cobraron como si las hubiera.
