★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo una sucursal por ciudad, cajeros escasos o nulos, intente realizar un retiro sin tarjeta y no lo pude retirar en los cajeros de los otros bancos con los que se supone tienen convenio, y encontrar un cajero afirme es prácticamente imposible; y el dinero se tarda demasiado para regresar a la cuenta de origen, jamás recomendaría este banco, solo lo uso porque en el me depositan la nomina, si no JAMAS lo usaría.
Terrible service, only one branch per city, few or no ATMs, I tried to make a withdrawal without a card and I could not withdraw it at the ATMs of the other banks with which they are supposed to have an agreement, and finding a certain ATM is practically impossible; and the money takes too long to return to the original account, I would never recommend this bank, I only use it because they deposit my payroll in it, otherwise I would NEVER use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, groseros y no saben sus políticas ni procesos, el Gerente es una persona mal educada, arrogante, no tiene cualidades para trabajar en equipo, ya que culpa a terceros de sus errores y el ejecutivo Enrique, es igual, se pasan la bolitas unos a otros. nunca había tenido una experiencia tan desagradable en un banco, y sólo tiene una sucursal la cual es pésima.
Terrible service, rude and they do not know their policies or processes, the Manager is a badly educated, arrogant person, he does not have qualities to work in a team, since he blames third parties for his mistakes and the executive Enrique, it is the same, they pass the balls each other. I've never had such an unpleasant experience in a bank, and it only has one branch which is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité la tarjeta de HEB en módulo y pasé la peor experiencia al tratar de usarla. Cancelarla ha sido imposible por los procesos internos incompletos y la falta de empatía del personal.
Es un banco terriblemente organizado.
I applied for the HEB card in module and had the worst experience trying to use it. Canceling it has been impossible due to incomplete internal processes and lack of staff empathy.
It is a terribly organized bank.
