There are already two times that I come, I know I have to wait for my turn but it takes so long with a single client more than half an hour and since it is my turn, they have no system to go to another branch, bad service

They are not trained personnel. And in movement of boxes they send you with the agents. And they don't even know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... No dan soluciones a clientes de TC Tigres. El ejecutivo Gilberto me dijo solucionaría un problema con mi cuenta, me dió su número personal y no contesta las llamadas ni los mensajes. Y en el teléfono de sucursal jamás jamás contestan siempre ocupado.
Terrible service ... They do not provide solutions to TC Tigres clients. The executive Gilberto told me he would solve a problem with my account, he gave me his personal number and does not answer calls or messages. And on the branch phone they never ever answer always busy.
