Las personas sin conocimientos de atención a clientes sin espíritu de servicio y peor aún sin conocimiento de su plataforma. Unas se marcaban entre extensiones y se gritaban. Jefa te estoy marcando contestame... La persona q me iba atender con cero actitud y se entiende ya que olía a crudo. Eso explica su interés por atender y resolver a los futuros clientes. Si pensaba darles mi dinero y hacer negocio, hicieron que me replantear a sí serán ustedes el socio comercial y el nivel de servicio y resolutivo que necesito, francamente no lo serán.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piden 3mil pesos para abrir una cuenta y el proceso tarda 1:30hrs no puede ser. Además dicen que solo abren cuentas a personas que viven cerca de cada sucursal, si se supone que todas las sucursales son del mismo banco. Ya deberían de actualizarse.
They ask for 3 thousand pesos to open an account and the process takes 1: 30hrs it cannot be. They also say that they only open accounts to people who live near each branch, assuming that all branches are from the same bank. They should already be updated.
