★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la atención al cliente parece como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, no dan soluciones y es muy complicado reactivar la aplicación móvil para la gente que trabaja en ese establecimiento.
Terrible service, customer service seems as if they are doing you a favor, they do not provide solutions and it is very difficult to reactivate the mobile application for the people who work in that establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui y estuve rededor de 10 mim, en ese lapso 3 de los 4 ejecutivos recibieron y atendieron llamadas a sus celulares ojo aquí. Por suerte solo fui a cancelar cuenta.
I went and was around 10 minutes, in that period 3 of the 4 executives received and answered calls to their cell phones, eye here. Luckily I just went to cancel account.

Y lo peor es que no les interesa el tiempo que te hacen perder.
Terrible service, the female takes too long to open an account, she attends to other customers while she is serving you.
And the worst thing is that they are not interested in the time they make you waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio si pudiera le daba menos 5 estrellas, falta de respeto y profesionalismo hacia el cliente en especial una femina trabajadora de ahí que estás ante ella explicandole el problema que tienes y sigue en la computadora ignorandote,Una gran decepción te llevarás en ese banco , esperemos y la gerente o sus directivos ponga orden.
Nota: hay varias personas que desean tener trabajo denles la oportunidad y corran a la gente floja que lo único que hace es ir a cobrar disque por su trabajo.
No puedo poner menos estrellas el sistema no me lo permite, sin embargo MENOS CINCO ESTRELLAS a ese banco afirme.
Terrible service, if I could, I gave it less than 5 stars, lack of respect and professionalism towards the client, especially a female worker, there you are before her explaining the problem you have and she continues on the computer ignoring you, a great disappointment you will take in that bank, Let's wait and the manager or her managers put order.
Note: there are several people who want to have a job give them the opportunity and run to lazy people that all they do is go and collect a dial for their work.
I can not put less stars, the system does not allow me, however, LESS FIVE STARS to that bank I affirm.
