★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiada burocracia, lentos, se hacen weyes, solo para validar una tarjeta, más de una hora, por estos gente , los bancos van perdiendo clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son excesivamente lentos, desorganizados y no te dan los informes correctos. Esperé más de una hora para ser atendido por un ejecutivo y había una chica que supongo que porque no era su área no atendía a los demás para ayudar a agilizar el servicio. Muy mal que no tengan la preparación para poder atender cualquier trámite y que encima sean lentos.
They are excessively slow, disorganized and do not give you the correct reports. I waited more than an hour to be attended by an executive and there was a girl who I suppose because it was not her area she did not attend to others to help expedite the service. Too bad that they do not have the preparation to attend any procedure and that they are slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio, desde la persona que te recibe en la puerta, hasta de los ejecutivos. No te dan soluciones a tus problemas, solo se la pasan diciendo no se puede, no se puede y no se pueden enfocar en comí se puede resolver las cosas, parece que no tienen ganas de trabajar. En general me voy con unmal sabor de boca, me tarde más de dos horas formado para que al final, ninguna persona del banco, me diera una solución, y aunado a esto salgo muy molesto por el servicio y mala actitud de sus empleados. No le recomiendo a nadie tener una cuenta con este banco, su servicio no brinda ningún beneficio frente a los demás bancos.
What a bad service, from the person who greets you at the door, to the executives. They don't give you solutions to your problems, they just keep saying you can't, you can't and they can't focus on what you can solve things, it seems they don't feel like working. In general, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth, it took me more than two hours to be trained so that in the end, no person from the bank would give me a solution, and coupled with this I leave very upset by the service and bad attitude of their employees. I do not recommend anyone to have an account with this bank, their service does not provide any benefit compared to other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos son muy amables sin embargo me sentí en riesgo de contagio de COVID todo el tiempo ya que no hay ni una sola ventana o puerta que ventile el lugar. Hay demasiadas personas dentro, imposible guardar distancia en un lugar tan pequeño y a eso súmenle el tiempo de espera de tu trámite. Una sucursal con 0 protocolo de seguridad para clientes y los propios empleados.
The executives are very friendly however I felt at risk of contagion of COVID all the time since there is not a single window or door that ventilates the place. There are too many people inside, it is impossible to keep your distance in such a small place and add to that the waiting time for your procedure. A branch with 0 security protocol for customers and employees themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque a mí me atendieron, es increíble como a un compañero que venía a exactamente lo mismo que yo, no lo hayan atendido, no es la primera vez que en este banco se sucitan este tipo de hechos. Pese a que venimos en bola para hacer el mismo trámite, siempre varían en sus "protocolos" o no tienen ganas de trabajar o simplemente están hartos de sus miserables vidas. Hoy mismo doy de baja mi cuenta en este banco de pacotilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco pequeño, y si tienes que ser atendido por un ejecutivo, prepárate para perder de una a dos horas, ya que son mas lentos que nada, siempre se les cae el sistema o algún problema, la verdad respira hondo y aguanta la frustración que te va a ocasionar la burocracia financiera de dicho banco.
It is a small bank, and if you have to be attended by an executive, prepare to lose one to two hours, since they are slower than anything, they always crash the system or some problem, the truth is, take a deep breath and bear the frustration that the financial bureaucracy of said bank will cause you.
