★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona de edad avanzada que no sabe bien cómo hacer trámites a fuerzas tiene que pasar solo. Uno va a acompañar para que sea menos confuso y estresaste. Entiendo que esta la situación del COVID pero hay casos especiales.
An elderly person who does not know well how to do paperwork has to go alone. One will accompany to make it less confusing and stressed. I understand that this is the COVID situation but there are special cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido la peor experiencia de trámites burocraticos e incompetencia de la vida. Me han hecho dar 6 vueltas para resolver un trámite y hoy llegué a las 09:30 HRS. Son las 15:10 y no me han resuelto nada. Jamás me había arrepentido tanto en la vida como esto de haberme cambiado a Profuturo Afore. Si piensan hacerlo busquen otras opciones, esto es lo peor que pueden hacer.
It has been the worst experience of bureaucratic procedures and incompetence of life. They have made me go around 6 times to solve a procedure and today I arrived at 09:30 HRS. It's 15:10 and they haven't solved anything for me. Never in my life have I regretted switching to Profuturo Afore so much as this. If you plan to do it, look for other options, this is the worst thing you can do.
