★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre te atienden con amabilidad, eficiencia y rapidez. Desde hace unos meses es necesario sacar cita para ser atendido ya sea por internet o por teléfono. Las oficinas ocupan parte del edificio central pero son independientes y no necesitas entrar al hospital para recibir atención.

Pésima atención de todos, desde la persona de entrada para tomar datos y el policía que solo están en la puerta sin dar informes hasta el personal de escritorio que es descortés y lento. Todo mal. Es la peor Afore. Tengan cuidado de estar en esta Afore porque no se sabe que tan solvente sea para pagar las pensiones.
They take a long time to attend. I was waiting more than 2 hours despite having an appointment. Lousy attention from everyone, from the entry person to take data and the police who are only at the door without giving reports to the desk staff that is rude and slow. All wrong. It is the worst Afore. Be careful to be in this Afore because it is not known how solvent it is to pay pensions.

Te piden todos los documentos en original por qué según les toman una foto y si te falta alguno, no te hacen el trámite
Yo llevaba todos los documentos en digital pero no me los aceptaron y no me hicieron el trámite
Les recomiendo otra aforé con un mayor rendimiento, ya que por la inflación, algunos perdieron dinero
