★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exynos servicio de Afore necesito hacer un trámite para sacar un estado de cuenta porque no me deja entrar a la aplicación resulta que no tienen internet y ahora mi trámite ya valió madre no puedo sacar el estado de cuenta ni en su mugrosa aplicación

It's disgusting, they never wanted to give me support for unemployment and they never informed me that I had 2 social security numbers in my name, according to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a cliente no te dan documentos que necesitas y se comportan muy déspotas te obligan a sacar cita y no respetan el tiempo yo por eso me cambio desde ya de afore aparte que este no te da tantos beneficios.
Terrible customer service, they don't give you the documents you need and they behave very despotic, they force you to make an appointment and they don't respect the time, that's why I change from now on, apart from the fact that it doesn't give you so many benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sacas cita a una hora y no cumplen te atienden 50 minutos después, el problema es que se tardan media hora o más con cada usuario, y al momento de sacar tu cita está cada 10 minutos
You make an appointment at one hour and they don't meet you, they attend you 50 minutes later, the problem is that they take half an hour or more with each user, and when you make your appointment it is every 10 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no merecen ninguna estrella los empleados de Banorte Hasta se burlan de uno cuando solicita servicios, no saben solucionar problemas y tienen ejecutivos muy transas, lo peor es que quieren tenernos afuersa en la Afore, finalmente es nuestro dinero y tenemos derecho de escoger en donde meter nuestro dinero y no en esta Afore tan nefasta que además está teniendo muchas pérdidas.
Quiero solución para poder salirme de aquí.
The truth is that Banorte employees don't deserve any stars. They even make fun of you when you request services, they don't know how to solve problems and they have very pushy executives, the worst thing is that they want to keep us out of the Afore, in the end it's our money and we have the right to choose where to put our money and not in this Afore so disastrous that it is also having many losses.
I want a solution to get out of here.
