L	León Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puede existir peor afore que XXI Banorte, son mañosos, flojos, mentirosos, te cambian los datos para que no te puedas cambiar, te dicen que te actualizan los datos y no lo hacen, te niegan las citas para actualizar datos. Son la peor, por mucho la peor. There can be no worse afore than XXI Banorte, they are crafty, lazy, liars, they change your data so that you cannot change, they tell you that they update the data and they don't, they deny you appointments to update data. They are the worst, by far the worst.

Las recepcionistas groseras, adentro la atención cambia pero es difícil porque la información no es la misma en todos lados, te hacen dar varias vueltas, una para preguntar, otra para llevar papeles, otra para recogerlos, pueden ser hasta más si se les pasa decirte algún detalle o documento! Consideren que su servicio está enfocado a adultos mayores Terrible customer service! El personal aparentemente es amable pero son bastante incompetentes e ineptos para dar solución en una sola cita, hacen mal los procesos y se echan la culpa unos a otros. De verdad su eficacia para resolver y dar seguimiento a los procesos deja mucho que desear, por sus redes sociales, vía telefónica y sus medios digitales te dan información diferente cada quien. Ojalá tuvieran un poco más de tacto y gusto por la atención a clientes en especial con los adultos mayores ya que los hacen dar muchas vueltas y ponen muchas trabas para la disposición de sus recursos. En especial del ejecutivo MARCO XOSPA el cual cualquier empresa lo quisiera en sus filas para atención al cliente. Les sugiero voltear a ver a las demás Afores que está haciendo Banorte Siglo XXI con su personal el cual el trato es cálido y eficiente. Los que me conocen saben que rara vez realizó algún comentario bueno de este tipo de servicio pero en esta ocasión si lo merecen, excelente por está empresa. Dos veces he acudido, mismas veces que el personal ha sido cero amable. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA SUCURSAL. Facilities good, although for people in wheelchairs not so much. & They lack 2 weights of lousy personal touch. Twice I have gone, same times that the staff has been zero friendly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH.
