Apestan. Son nefastos. Tardaron 1 mes en darme cita. Llego y me dicen que llevan 1 hora de retraso. Pero todos los que llegaron sin cita pasaron antes que yo. Además tienen cerrado el estacionamiento y desocupado. Y ponen al guardia a decidir quién pasa si no llegan las personas que tienen cita. El gerente ni sus luces. No contraten afore con ellos

Desafortundamente no tengo el nombre de la srita que nos hizo favor de atender pero que falta de ética, pésimo servicio, lastima de gente que te dice una cosa y cambia las cosas a mera hora, ojalá cambien a ese personal tan ineficiente.

Es una pena que tengan asesores muy poco profesionales, hace poco me contacto una srita de nombre Anayantzin Sanchez Corona con el fin de cambiarme de afore, insistio en una cita para explicarme mejor acerca del proceso y durante esa cita comenzo a hacerme insinuaciones sexuales con el fin de que me cambiara, incluso si le ayudaba a convencer a mis conocidos a que se cambiaran, eso me molesto mucho y decidi irme de ahi. Es una lastima que sus asesores hagan este tipo de acciones con el fin de traspasar gente a su afore.

Pesimo servicio con o sin cita te tratan peor que limosnero ....el policia de la puerta super despota ....y solo para pedir informacion de porque no te llegan los estados de cuenta llevo casi 2 horas y sin esperanza de pasar ....

Pésimo, saque mi cita, para actualización de datos, llegue 10 minutos tarde y me dice el guardia que la tolerancia son 9 minutos y que me esperara como si no hubiera sacado cita y que además lo que fueran llegando con sita hiban primero . En su portal no especifican nada así, entiendo llegue tarde, pero prioridad a los que nunca hicieron sita?. Entonces para que sirve la sita?. Solución actualizo y me cambio de aforé, ni que me atuvieran haciendo un favor.

No me quieren atender según porque mi INE está vencida , apesar de enseñarle el documento que ya tengo la renovación y no me la entregan por el proceso de revocación de mandato, en el servicio telefónico me dijeron que debería de atenderme, y me dieron la cita y no les importó y la señora que está de recepcionista se burló de mí soy una persona de la tercera edad y con una discapacidad y ni así tomaron la atención debida.
