★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es la peor basura del mundo. Te dan una cita en linea, llegas a su mugrero de oficina, a tiempo, y te dicen que ya no hay personal, que la hora de salida es 15 minutos antes de la hora de tu cita. Nadie atiende el teléfono... son burócratas y cerdos.
This is the worst garbage in the world. They give you an appointment online, you arrive at your office dump, on time, and they tell you that there is no more staff, that the departure time is 15 minutes before the time of your appointment. No one answers the phone ... they are bureaucrats and pigs.

They do not respect the appointment time, more than an hour waiting to pass when you are supposed to do the digital process for that.
