y todo bien pero a la hra de las garantias
demoran bastante yo compre un cautin
weller segun para no estar batallando
pero fallo al mes y medio de compra y en la tienda
me comentaron que habia que mandarlo a mexico..
despues de una seman segun ellos ya estaba autorizado el remplazo solo habia que esperar a que fuese enviado y ellos se comunicarian pero es mentira, no puede serposible que se tarden mas de 15 dias cuando compras algo aunque venga desde mexico se tardan a la maximo 3 dias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena tienda, los precios no están nada mal, la verdad se quejan mucho de como no tienen stock y todo debe ser por pedido aún y cuando vas presencialmente pero es así como lo maneja la empresa, yo no he tenido problemas con eso porque de todos modos paso por ahí todos los días para tomar el metro, entonces me queda más que perfecto, aunque si pueden hacer pedido por internet sólo van una vez y ya a la tienda, el problema es que mucha gente no hace eso con tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si haces tu pedido por internet y eliges recoger tu producto en Monterrey y pagar en efectivo, es como si no hicieras nada, ya que hablé por teléfono y me dicen que es un error de la página y que el pedido no está hecho. Las opciones para pago en efectivo que me ofrecieron fueron 2:
1.- Pagar en el Seven-Eleven a una cuenta de banorte y una vez pagado llamarles para que ellos hagan el pedido.
2.- Ir directamente a la sucursal y pagar en efectivo ahí y luego ellos hacen el pedido.
Muy mal que tenga carrito de compras con opción de pagar al recoger en tienda si no va a funcionar y lo peor es que la página dice que tienen en existencia el producto cuando la realidad es que NO TIENEN EN EXISTENCIA. MUY MAL !!! Una estrella de calificación.

1.- Pay in the Seven-Eleven to a banorte account and once paid call them to make the order.
2.- Go directly to the branch and pay in cash there and then they place the order.
Too bad that you have a shopping cart with the option to pay when you pick up at the store if it is not going to work and the worst part is that the page says that they have the product in existence when the reality is that they DO NOT HAVE IN EXISTENCE. VERY BAD !!! A rating star.

Con mi producto se equivocaron tres veces, hice vueltas y me hicieron gastar más.
NO RECOMIENDO.
The service is terrible, the parts are delivered later, there is nothing in Stock, and other than that, the people are not trained in this area.
With my product they were wrong three times, I went around and they made me spend more.
