★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la recepción, el hombre q atiende súper grosero y arrogante. Las instalaciones son de calidad media; los costos muy elevados, para lo q ofrece, nada que ver con otros escuelas de natación que he visitado.
Terrible attention from the reception, the man who attends super rude and arrogant. The facilities are of average quality; The very high costs, for what it offers, nothing to do with other swimming schools that I have visited.

El día martes a mi hermana de 8 años, en el horario de 5:00 a 6:00 pm le tocó su PRIMERA CLASE DE NATACIÓN; ella no tiene experiencia y realmente no sabe nada acerca de cómo es que se debe de nadar. Desafortunadamente el maestro que disque la había "ayudar" a nadar solo la dejo a su suerte, esperando que en su primera clase mi hermana ya aprendiera a nadar, porque ni si quiera se metió con ella a enseñarle y/o explicarle cómo es que debía de nadar, solo le aventó una tabla y con un palo la empujaba en el agua, por lo que en dos o tres ocasiones mi hermana estuvo a punto de ahogarse. Fue irrespetuoso y nada empático del profesor que haya tratado así a mi hermana, pues con ello demostró que no está capacitado para ayudar a los más pequeños.
?? AWESOME SERVICE. On Tuesday, my 8-year-old sister had her FIRST SWIMMING CLASS from 5:00 to 6:00 pm; she is inexperienced and doesn't really know anything about how to swim. Unfortunately, the teacher who called her to "help" her swim just left her to her own devices, hoping that in her first class my sister would already learn to swim, because she didn't even bother with her to teach her and/or explain how she should to swim, he only threw a board at her and pushed her into the water with a stick, so that on two or three occasions my sister was about to drown. It was disrespectful and not at all empathetic of the teacher who treated my sister like this, because with it he showed that he is not qualified to help the little ones.
