I’m from Miami and I absolutely love how Dr Eduardo Serrano did my teeth whitening and cavities, the clinic is beautiful and clean, Dr Eduardo speak very good English, I’m going soon again for other treatment totally recommend this place ☺️

I will definitely come back every time I visit MX. The installations are pretty clean. Dr. Luigi Palermo and their staff were amazing. The staff in general was super friendly and professional. Dr. Palermo made me feel so welcome, he listens to you and he is upfront with what can be done. For me, I like to read reviews before I go to a place for the first time and I have to agree with all positive one because what you get is the whole package. Quick visit, I did not have to wait long for the procedure. I have experienced in other places were I have to wait at least an hour before procedure; even though I was on time for my appointment. This place is just beyond expectations. As a first time patient, I filled up a form and within no more than 10mins the Dr. was calling my name. He also made sure he knows about my allergies. Thanks Dr. Palermo!! See you next time! Hopefully you guys do not move from this location!

Luigi is my number 1 for all cosmetic procedures! I have seen many people over the years across many cities and I can say that he is the most professional and consistent doctor. He is so warm and listens to your personal needs SO WELL! He works like an artist and every treatment leaves me feeling so natural and beautiful in my own skin. I was in Playa del carmen on holidays and had a tooth break. I visited Dr Eduardo Serrano at AgeLess clinic. He took me right in, was very knowlegable, fully explained my options , and gave me the procedure we decided upon perfectly. The facilities and staff are world class. And the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The first appointment was great for Botox and he explained some things. Went back for a touch up 10 days after since my unibrow was still moving. Dr seemed to be in a hurry and injected a lot of product at once instead of little injections. I mean whatever works. Left me a bruise and a bump and it hurts a little . I’m sure it will heal in a couple of days.He just seemed a bit in a rush second time around. Face is great now though ;) so I recommend ! No more frowning for me haha !

Dr. Luigi Palermo is wonderful. I am extremely happy with my Botox. I have been 3x now. He is also very honest and told me not to do certain procedures I had asked for as he said it was not necessary.

LOVE Dr. Luigi! I've been 3 times for botox and fillers (previously have only had work done in NYC) and would highly recommend to anyone. Not only are the prices amazing but his work is outstanding. I never feel pressured to get something I don't want and he takes all my preferences into consideration before he recommends a treatment. I really appreciate how he airs on the conservative side and works with your natural features. 10/10! If you're in Playa del Carmen definitely stop in! (appointments are super flexible as well!)

Went to the clinic for filler in cheekbones and nasolabial folds. It is a beautiful clinic with beautiful people working there. Luigi (doctor) was very warm and welcoming. Told me I didn’t need much filler since I already have high cheekbones (always nice to hear from a pro) so he used one syringe of Juvederm. It was over before I realized. No pain or discomfort and I could already see the results! I am very content and will be back for sure!
