★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para reportar violencia intrafamiliar hacía mi vecina, jamás contestaron me iban a comunicar desde otra línea directamente a la 40 y jamás contestaron. En una se escuchó como descolgaron el teléfono y volvieron a colgar. Pudieron haber matado a mi vecina y jamás contestaron.
I called to report domestic violence to my neighbor, they never answered they were going to communicate from another line directly to 40 and never answered. In one it was heard how they picked up the phone and hung up again. They could have killed my neighbor and never answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay desorganización entre esta agencia y la de 2-4 de azcapo, ahorita durante la epoca de covid, se ha retrasado y generalizado la atención por cita, pero es importante esto porqué no hay atención no funcionarios, por lo que es importante seguir estas reglas para una mejor eficiencia de las atenciones.
