The most incompetent customs experience in my life with DHL / Grupo Ei. One month to release a 150 USD package, total incompetence, no answering phones, and everlasting response time.

Very bad service, lousy customer service, very bad response times. DHL should not cooperate with them. Horrible customs service.

Like the comments above, DHL should stop working with them. They are the WORST customs group with which I have had to import things. They don't answer emails, they don't answer calls, there's no way to get in touch. Terrible. Please DHL do something, there are so many better options. Import through UPS if you can!

The worst service I have experienced with a customs agency, incredible that DHL works with them, they made me wait more than 3 weeks and the process was so slow that I had to pay for storage. They do not answer by phone and when they ask for documentation to release a package, they are still archaic asking you to bring the documents in physical form, which is exhausting and takes time. They are not comprehensive at all, they ask for documents that make no sense whatsoever! I do not recommend this customs agency at all, avoid it at all costs.

Terrible service, after a year of lingering on my package, they could never remove it from customs due to incompetence. I went to PROFECO, to the Customs where the package was, I even filed a complaint against the SAT and nothing, it was always the fault of GRUPO EI. Please, if your package with DHL arrives at customs and they are told that they provide the service with Grupo Ei, DO NOT DO IT, hire someone else to help you remove the package.

The work environment feels very tense, there is a lot of rivalry between colleagues. The attention at the reception is curt and cold, if it is the first face to the client then they are losing many points with each person who arrives. And most importantly, I went because I was promised a vacancy to work at the agency, I arrived on time, with everything that was requested of me, and when they had completed the entire process, they told me: But the vacancy is no longer available, we offer you one as DHL operational staff receiving and labeling packages for a lower salary. I think this type of action lacks professionalism and seriousness, at least they would have called to say that there was no longer a vacancy and if he was willing to apply for the other one. Did they think that by going, wasting my time and needing to look for work that I would accept such an offer? I do not think that as an agency they are willing to receive a miserable payment for their services because they have the need to obtain income.
