★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio , el trato muy malo la verdad no me sentí como que estábamos en una agencia de clase como es la Ford o un trato como de mecánica de la esquina , dejaron mi carro lleno de cristales , le comenté ala señorita (korina) la cual me informo que no tenían esa cortesía de limpiar los carros cuando ellos le pusieron los cristales a mi auto la verdad muy muy chafa ???????????????????
Espero cambien mi opinión antes de que termine mi reparación por qué la verdad no merecemos ese trato , hay alguien que los supervise ??????????

I hope they change my opinion before I finish my repair, why don't we really deserve that treatment, is there someone to supervise them ????????? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Sr de refacciones es muy grosero y prepotente, pedí una pieza y nunca me llamo para avisarme, después de 1 mes tuve que llamar, me dijo que llamara en 1 semana mas porque no había llegado todavía, llame a la semana como me lo pidió y me atendió una Sra muy amable que me informó que resulta que la pieza había llegado después de dos semanas de mi compra y el Sr grosero se lo había entregado a otra persona que por lo cual se disculpaban sin embargo comentaron que no es la primera vez que el Sr hace eso, que ya van varias ocasiones y varias llamadas de atención. Y que ahora mi pieza tardaría en llegar otro mes más. La Sra me ayudó a que llegara en 1 semana y no esperara más lo cual le agradezco.
Por favor, muevan a esta persona a otra área ya que en el área de refacciones tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, solo dan muy mala imagen a la marca Ford.
The spare parts man is very rude and arrogant, I asked for a piece and he never called me to let me know, after 1 month I had to call, he told me to call in 1 more week because it had not arrived yet, call a week as he asked me and I was attended by a very kind lady who informed me that it turned out that the piece had arrived after two weeks of my purchase and the rude Mr. had given it to another person for which they apologized, however they commented that it is not the first time that Mr. does that, that there have been several occasions and several calls for attention. And now my piece would take another month to arrive. The lady helped me to arrive in 1 week and not wait any longer, which I appreciate.
Please, move this person to another area since in the spare parts area he has many areas of opportunity, they only give a very bad image to the Ford brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Sr. Que atiende en refacciones es grosero. Para empezar cuando llegue tardaron como 6 minutos en atenderme y no habia nadie esperando asesoria. Me queje a salio una señorita mas atenta dandome unos precios pero tenia que esperar al sr que stiende en refacciones, cuando este llego se porto grosero y prepotente.
Si no lea gusta su trabajo cambienlo. Los clientes no tenemos por que soportar groserias ni malos modos.
Y para terminar me tuve que esperar otro rato en que me entragaran la pieza por que no estaba el empleado en su sitio. Es el colmo promocionan atencion y calidad Y NO LA TIENEN
The Mr. Who attends in spare parts is rude. To begin with, when I arrived, it took about 6 minutes to attend to me and there was no one waiting for advice. I complained to a more attentive lady who gave me some prices but I had to wait for the man who deals in spare parts, when he arrived he was rude and arrogant.
If you don't like your work, change it. Customers do not have to put up with rudeness or bad manners.
And to finish I had to wait another while for the piece to be delivered because the employee was not in his place. It is the last straw they promote attention and quality AND THEY DON'T HAVE IT
