No capacitación de atención al cliente y dudo mucho que también tengan capacitación de ventas. La gerente da como solucion que lo page y espere unos meses en entrega cuando ni siquiera lo he visto físicamente, no me he subido, ni hablar de una prueba de manejo, como para gastar 400,000 pesos en algo que ni conoces. Ire a JAC de CDMX para realizar mi compra. La mala atención y actitud pesima no crean confianza en esta agencia.
