★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get the job done, eventually. It is the customers responsibility to follow up again and again for service. Very messy service department (oil on leather seat, engine compartment very dirty). I have been waiting now for 162 days for a call back on a part they said they would have in less than 30. Keep in mind I had to take my car in 4 times to replace a simple engine compartment firewall insulation part. They were very fast to sell me a $300 USD detail service (I would not buy again). Not the best after purchase service or staff. I was told by multiple people ever location of this dealer operates the same way. Disappointing to the Mercedes brand.
