Excelente atención del personal, muy amable, cordial, te aclaran todas tus dudas, te brindan la información con una sonrisa, etc . . . Solo le faltaría el plus de ofrecer agua o refresco. Pero todo lo demás muy bien. Ya en cuestión de concretar compra o servicio en las unidades, lo desconozco como sean, hasta el momento

Buen servicio del personal, mantenimiento para vehículos Subaru y sobre todo la oportunidad de conocer la marca de mano de los profesionales.

El peor servicio que he recibido de parte de una agencia, llevan mas de un mes para realizar la devolución de un apartado, y solo dan largas, esto normalmente es rapidísimo en todas las otras agencias. Si con este sencillo proceso son asi, no me quiero imaginar el seguimiento post venta o de garantías. Lamentable la situacion de Subaru en Guadalajara, eviten a toda costa esta agencia.

Excelente atención por parte de los asesores de ventas. Lo no tan bueno, es que no te dan opciones a diversas financieras. Siempre es la de la casa y no son flexibles.

I want to thank Guadalajara Vallarta for all the extra work they had to do for us that we're are US citizens and living on our visa, with that being said, I give special thanks out to Carlos and Jorge to make this all happen, i will be purchasing a new Subaru every year!

Update: 20211018 At the end the agency showed interest in our situation and diligently took care of the situation and and sorted out all inconveniences to make the buying and car delivery experience a good one. Update: Downgrading to 3 stars due to, 1) the lack of communication from them. Car was supposed to be delivered to us last Tuesday but it hasn't and, 2) Vendor promised news early yesterday but the phone call didn't happen. My wife had to call; and 3) We are already paying the car insurance since Tuesday (because the car was supposed to with us since that day). Too bad. --- End of Update --- The demo ride was so good and convincing that, after looking several other options across several brands, it became the chosen one. The visit ended up with an engagement for an XV. Although the car dealer shop is small they are in the works of enlarging it due to the successful sales being achieved. Another good thing is that they were the only car dealer that had vehicles ready for delivery. At least among 8 other brands/agencies.
