Orozco como asesor, evítate molestias y pide el cambio inmediato , mal servicio, si no fuera por el resto de asesores cambiaría de agencia, tuvimos que contactar directamente al proveedor de la refacción por que no cuenta con iniciativa para brindarte soluciones, mi auto entro un 22 de diciembre y me lo entregaron el 18 de enero, cuando el proveedor claramente nos aseguro que tardan máximo 4-5 días hábiles para surtirla. Les recomiendo pedir al asesor Rubén o la chica que no recuerdo el nombre, tienen un excelente trato.
