★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio contrate a esta empresa y al desempacar mis cosas, me percaté que fueron abiertas y me robaron lo que les gusto y volvieron a cerrar todo y emplayar para que no me diera cuenta, reporte esto a la srita. Lorena (asesora) , Juan Romo el operador que cargo mis cosas, quedaron que me llamaria el sr. Valentín y hasta la fecha nada, nadie me ha dado ninguna respuesta, me ofrecieron 500 pesos cuando el monto de lo robado era de $6000 pesos, de ahí jamás me volvieron a contactar ni a responder nada, NO LES CONFIEN SUS COSAS por que las abren, ven que les gusta Y LO ROBAN, les envíe evidencia de lo robado, fotografías de todo y de nada sirvio
Terrible service, I hired this company and when I unpacked my things, I realized that they were opened and they stole what they liked and they closed everything and emplayar so that I did not realize it, I reported this to the lady. Lorena (advisor), Juan Romo the operator who loaded my things, they agreed that mr. Valentín and to date nothing, nobody has given me any answer, they offered me 500 pesos when the amount of the stolen was $ 6000 pesos, from there they never contacted me or answered anything, DO NOT TRUST YOUR THINGS because they open them They see that they like it AND THEY STOLE IT, send them evidence of what was stolen, photographs of everything and it was useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 2 meses que los contraté para realizar una mudanza a Mérida, mis muebles llegaron destrozados (tengo fotos) no me llegaron completos y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido respuesta de la empresa. Me dijeron que se iban a responsabilizar y solo me dan largas. No los contraten, vale la pena pagar un poco más que a quedarte sin muebles y el coraje.
2 months ago I hired them to make a move to Merida, my furniture arrived shattered (I have photos) I did not get complete and until today I have not received a response from the company. They told me they were going to take responsibility and they only give me lengths. Do not hire them, it is worth paying a little more than running out of furniture and courage.

Maltratan mucho pero mucho el inmobiliario. Rayones en muebles, ruptura de cristales, cuadros rallados, sillones con telas rotas, etc.
Son muy amables pero no dan un servicio eficaz.
Me hicieron un reembolso monetario después de muchas semanas y mucho desgaste que no es proporcional en lo más mínimo a los daños causados.

They mistreat real estate very, very much. Scratches on furniture, broken glass, scratched pictures, armchairs with broken fabrics, etc.
They are very friendly but do not give an efficient service.
They gave me a monetary refund after many weeks and a lot of wear and tear that is not proportional in the least to the damage caused.
