Competenza, disponibilità e organizzazione..gruppi non numerosi e guide all'altezza (grande Luigi!) e grande rispetto per le esigenze di tutti..nelle quattro escursioni che abbiamo fatto non c'è stata una sbavatura ..devo riconoscere anche i tempi calcolati bene nel corso della giornata...grazie a Vincenzo per la disponibilità e la cortesia..Bravi! We chose Caribe Viaggi intrigued by the reviews ... and I must admit that reality is just like that! Competence, availability and organization..not numerous groups and guides up to the task (great Luigi!) And great respect for everyone's needs..in the four excursions we did there was not a smear .. I must also recognize the times calculated well during the day ... thanks to Vincenzo for the availability and courtesy .. Good!
F	Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati a Playa del Carmen è come una giungla, ogni 5 metri c’è un tour operator che cerca di venderti le escursioni (che sono sempre le stesse). Abbiamo deciso di affidarci a un’agenzia italiana per due tour: Sian Kaan e Chichén Itzá. Non siamo tornati pienamente soddisfatti. Due note di rilievo per ognuno: 1) controllate sempre le condizioni del vento quando acquistate escursioni che prevedono lo snorkeling, te le vendono lo stesso senza badare a questo aspetto (agenzie italiane e non). A noi è proprio successo così: tour di Sian Kaan con mare super mosso, zero visibilità e niente bagno. NB: a noi non era stato detto ma la crema da sole non è accettata, neanche se biodegradabile. 2) se siete davvero interessati a conoscere la storia di Chichén Itzá il tour con Caribe non fa per voi: abbiamo avuto appena mezz’ora di spiegazione con la guida che equivale al 10% del parco, il restante da fare “fai da te” (ovvero non capirci nulla) e con poco tempo a disposizione. Il consiglio è di andarci da soli e prendere una guida sul posto! In conclusione, do solo 3 stelle perché nonostante la puntualità dell’autista e l’organizzazione, i prezzi che chiedono sono superiori agli altri sebbene i tour siano sempre gli stessi. Che sia agenzia o venditore ambulante quello che cambia è il trasporto (mini van - bus). Once in Playa del Carmen it is like a jungle, every 5 meters there is a tour operator who tries to sell you the excursions (which are always the same). We decided to rely on an Italian agency for two tours: Sian Kaan and Chichén Itzá. We have not returned fully satisfied. Two important notes for each: 1) always check the wind conditions when you purchase snorkeling excursions, they sell them to you regardless of this aspect (Italian and non-Italian agencies). This is what happened to us: Sian Kaan tour with rough seas, zero visibility and no swimming. NB: we had not been told but sun cream is not accepted, even if biodegradable. 2) if you are really interested in knowing the history of Chichen Itza tour with the Caribe it is not for you: we had just half an hour of explanation with the guide which is equivalent to 10% of the park, the rest to do "DIY" (i.e. don't understand it) and with little time available. The advice is to go there alone and get a guide on the spot! In conclusion, I only give 3 stars because despite the punctuality of the driver and the organization, the prices they ask are higher than the others although the tours are always the same. Whether it is an agency or a street vendor, what changes is transport (mini van - bus).

Inizialmente sono caduta nella trappola delle escursioni super salate delle agenzie „famose „ . Dopo aver visto Sian Kaan con Caribe Viaggi , ho prenotato tutte le altre escursioni sempre con loro e sono stata molto contenta ! Se mai tornerò … sicuramente contatto l’agenzia di nuovo ! Super ? I was lucky enough to contact Vincenzo from Caribe Viaggi and I can say that I was in good hands! Initially I fell into the trap of the super salty excursions of the "famous" agencies. After seeing Sian Kaan with Caribe Viaggi, I booked all the other excursions with them always and I was very happy! If I ever come back ... I will definitely contact the agency again!

I had the best possible experience, he was extremely nice and super responsive and recommended and set me up for tours to Chichen-Itza, cenotes; Rio Secreto and Tulum. I truly had the time of my life and I highly recommend Caribe and Vincenzo as the best resource available if you are planning to come visit Playa!!
