Asientos no tan cómodos pero aceptables, las pantallas no funcionaban, baño en mal estado pero funcionando, la conexión eléctrica debajo de mi asiento funcionaba para mi sorpresa y salvación en un viaje de 12 horas. Asientos numerados y se aseguran que se respete el lugar asignado, documentación de equipaje y acomodamiento de acuerdo al lugar en dónde vayas a bajar. Tuvimos un retraso de 1 hora porque el autobús en el que nos íbamos a ir se descompuso. Les daría 4 estrellas pero la actitud de los empleados es pésima, se esconden y no dan explicaciones, se burlan de los pasajeros, cuando les preguntas unos te dicen que el autobús viene de paso con retraso, otros que se descompuso,etc. Tienen mala actitud a pesar de la buena organización en la asignación de asientos y documentación de equipaje. Una vez que llega el autobús la organización y el servicio es decente para el precio pagado. Si quieres ahorrar úsalo pero debes estar preparado sobre todo para retrasos y unos empleados mal humorados. Recomiendo lugares lo más adelante posible, aléjate del sanitario y descarga un par de pelis a tu celular para el camino.
$ 350 MX The trip villahermosa-playa del carmen. Not so comfortable but acceptable seats, screens not working, bathroom in poor condition but working, electrical connection under my seat worked to my surprise and salvation on a 12 hour trip. Numbered seats and they ensure that the assigned place, luggage documentation and accommodation are respected according to the place where you are going to get off. We had a 1 hour delay because the bus we were going to go on broke down. I would give them 4 stars but the attitude of the employees is terrible, they hide and do not give explanations, they make fun of the passengers, when you ask them some they tell you that the bus is late, others that it broke down, etc. They have a bad attitude despite the good organization in the allocation of seats and documentation of luggage. Once the bus arrives the organization and service is decent for the price paid. If you want to save use it but you must be prepared especially for delays and a few bad-tempered employees. I recommend places as far ahead as possible, stay away from the toilet and download a couple of movies to your cell phone for the road.
