★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio,hace poco iba a viajar con el transporte incluido que indica la agencia, llegó la fecha de mi viaje y nunca me confirmaron que el vuelo no se había cancelado , me robaron el dinero y no me hicieron ni medio reembolso ,cabe aclarar que fue culpa de las personas de la agencia ya que me dijeron que me comunicarán si el vuelo se cancelará o seguía normal .
Bad service, recently I was going to travel with the transport included indicated by the agency, the date of my trip arrived and they never confirmed that the flight had not been canceled, they stole my money and they did not make me even half a refund, it should be clarified that It was the fault of the agency people since they told me that they will let me know if the flight will be canceled or it was still normal.
