★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, hay una chica que se llama camila trata horrible a los turistas, hasta el punto de gritarles, su actitud te hace pasar un muy mal rato. A lado de esta agencia hay otra, es atendida por varios Jovenes y la verdad el servicio rebaso mis espectativas.
Terrible service, there is a girl called camila is horrible to tourists, to the point of yelling, their attitude you passed a very bad time. Beside this there is another agency, is staffed by several young and truly exceeded my expectations service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a place right next door that sells the same tour for a few pesos less, but this was the only place that was open past 21:00 so we had little choice. Tour is good, our guide was friendly amd informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great transportation, nice buses, pickup direct from hotel, good restaurant choices, just beware there isn’t much of a tour guide talking or explaining things. The routes are structured to have an anchor site like Hierve El Agua mixed with artisan visits. Of course you’re encouraged to buy and support Oaxacan artisans. I bought about $300-500 MX at each site. I suggest you research the products ahead of time, many of them are found at vendors in Oaxaca centro already.
