★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, reservamos un paquete familiar en el Hotel Cha chai; en Isla Mujeres y al llegar nos mandaron a otro hotel que era un cuchitril. Le marcamos y no nos respondió por la reservación, así que fue FRAUDE. Los cuartos en mal estado nos daban la suite y apestaba a mugre, hasta Zoológico había, en las habitaciones. No cumple lo establecido en la reservación. No les recomendamos está agencia.
Terrible service, we booked a family package at the Cha Chai Hotel; in Isla Mujeres and on arrival we were sent to another hotel that was a hovel. We marked him and he did not answer us for the reservation, so it was FRAUD. The rooms in poor condition gave us the suite and stank of grime, even Zoological had, in the rooms. Does not comply with the provisions of the reservation. We do not recommend this agency.
