Además de ser una déspota al atender, parece que le estás pidiendo un favor o algo regalado. No la recomiendo para nada esta agencia de viajes.
Terrible attention from the manager, Violeta is called.
In addition to being a despot when you attend, it seems that you are asking for a favor or something as a gift. I do not recommend this travel agency at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 3 viajes en esta agencia y no he tenido ningún tipo de problema, la atención y el servicio son muy buenos y siempre buscan acomodarse al presupuesto, tan buen servicio que voy por mi quinto viaje pronto.
I have been in this agency for 3 trips and I have not had any type of problem, the attention and service are very good and they always try to fit the budget, such a good service that I am going for my fifth trip soon.
